How to Find your Windows® Product Key:

The Windows Product Key can be found on the side or top of the desktop. It is on a glossy, silver sticker and the key consists of 25 digits in groups of 5, letters and numbers. It is a good idea to make a note of this number as the sticker can be removed / damaged or become faded with age, and it is needed for reinstallation of Windows.



How to install your Monitor:

Your new monitor may come with two cables, one with a blue end (VGA) and the other with a white end (DVI). You never want to plug in both of these cables - it is either one or the other. Plug the blue cable into the VGAport at the very bottom of the back of the deskop pc tower (if you have a Graphics Card). If there isn't a port located at the very bottom (No Graphics Card), use the other available port near the middle.



How to install your Blu-Ray Player (on a Desktop PC):

If your new desktop comes with a Blu-Ray player, make sure to run the Blu-Ray PowerDVD disk that came with the package. This enables playback of Blu-Ray movies.

Non-MDG branded products, including laptops, TVs and tablets, are covered by the manufacturers warranty for one year. The manufacturers warranty covers hardware defects and technical support. Each manufacturer has their own terms and conditions that apply to their warranties and the specific details of the warranties may be slightly different for each manufacturer.

It is highly recommended to record the model number and serial number of your product and contact the manufacturer after purchase in order to register your warranty. These numbers can be found on the underside of the product.
