Where is my order?

You can access your order status by signing in and viewing the Order Tracker.

Where do you deliver? Can I send shipments outside of Canada?

We only ship orders from www.mdg.ca to locations within Canada. If you reside in the United States please visit our USA page at www.mdg.com to view products shipped to the United States.

What delivery and pick-up options do I have?

All orders will be delivered right to your door.

MDG requires a FULL Service Address (House Number and Street Name) in order to deliver your package.


When will my delivery arrive?

Processing Timeframe

Once your order has been verbally confirmed with our Verification Team, and your first payment has cleared, your order will be processed within 1-3 days of receipt (processing time does not include weekend days or holidays).

Shipping Timeframe

Once your order has been processed it will be picked up by one of our couriers. Courier is determined by location, package type, and package size. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery.

Total timeframe until you receive your package: 7-10 business days


FURNITURE & APPLIANCES

For Furniture: Please note that some furniture items will be shipped via The Brick. To verify which of these items will ship with The Brick please review your Order Summary.

Processing Timeframe

Once your order has been verbally confirmed with our Verification Team, and your first payment has cleared, you will receive a telephone call from a representative of The Brick to discuss the best date for delivery of your furniture or appliance order. No tracking information will be available.

Delivery for IN STOCK items is typically 2-4 weeks after speaking with a Brick representative.

Ontario
Customers from Ontario must complete MDG's verification process no later than December 12th. If asked to make additional payments prior to products shipping out, ALL additional payments must be completed prior to December 12th. **If you are ordering a LARGE TV (48” and above), you must complete MDG's verification process no later than December 6th.

Quebec
Customers from Quebec must complete MDG's verification process no later than December 12th. If asked to make additional payments prior to products shipping out, ALL additional payments must be completed prior to December 12th. **If you are ordering a LARGE TV (48” and above), you must complete MDG's verification process no later than December 6th.

Outside Ontario and Quebec
(British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland, and PEI)

Returning Customers

Ontario

Lack of required documents, discrepancies in information provided or Larger Down Payment will result in the account being placed on hold and we can no longer guarantee shipping in time for December 25th. **If you are ordering a LARGE TV (48” and above), all documents must be completed and submitted by December 8th.

Quebec
Customers from Quebec must complete and submit required documents by December 16th. Lack of required documents, discrepancies in information provided or Larger Down Payment will result in the account being placed on hold and we can no longer guarantee shipping in time for December 25th. **If you are ordering a LARGE TV (48” and above), all documents must be completed and submitted by December 8th.

Outside Ontario and Quebec

We want to ensure GUARANTEED shipping in time for the holidays! Therefore we must take into consideration a number of factors; the duration of security check validation from your bank, individual verification of supporting documentations, time for discrepant/missing documents to be resubmitted, courier shipping guarantees, etc... And most importantly weather. With the approach of snow, we must allow time for shipping delays based on poor weather conditions.

Our sales team will continuously work hard to ensure all requirements are met prior to any of these dates so that you can enjoy your order in time for December 25th. Although satisfaction of all above requirements may be met, once your product(s) have left MDG's warehouse and are on route, it is now the responsibility of the courier service. We guarantee we will ship your item in time for December 25th, however we cannot guarantee delivery.
Lost, stolen or damaged packages can result in shipping delays.
