We have an immediate need for a “Technical Support Representative (Tier I & Tier II)” at our Inbound Call Centre. This position is based in our Head Office in Oakville – near the Mississauga border (public transportation is available). The Technical Support Representative assists inbound callers with their computer hardware and software related inquires. Responsibilities:
