Call Centre Inbound Sales Representative

MDG Computers Canada Inc. has an immediate opening for a dynamic and ambitious “Call Centre Inbound Sales Representative” in our Head Office call centre. 

The primary responsibility in this role is to receive high volume inbound telephone calls and sell computer products to the consumer market.   The position is ideally suited for ambitious, self starters seeking a challenge and high earning potential.  The position is based out of our Head Office in Oakville – near the Mississauga border (public transportation is available).

Responsibilities:

• Successfully sell MDG products and services by responding to inbound customer calls
• Manage high levels of inbound sales calls, track sales calls, and return sales calls in a timely fashion
• Qualify opportunities by identifying customer needs and budgets
• Process customer orders, close sales, and meet goals on a daily basis
• Overcome competitive sales objections
• Understand the MDG model, maintain awareness of market conditions, and competitor’s products and pricing
• Listen, understand and respond to customer inquiries, answer questions, and recommend solutions regarding MDG products
• Achieve sales targets on a consistent basis

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-2 years of inbound sales, call centre, and/or customer service experience
• Strong professional selling skills, solid understanding of sales techniques, and proven sales record
• Strong computer hardware knowledge – certification and/or college education preferred
• Computer literate – strong keyboarding skills
• Customer service orientation and commitment to customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty
• Energy, drive, sense of urgency, and results orientation
• Strong multi-tasking, negotiation, and decision making skills are required
• Must be flexible to work other shifts if required (evenings and weekends)

Education

• Minimum grade 12 education
• College and Computer related certifications preferred
